JONATHAN HARKER (Principal) is the founding partner of Harker & Co, which he set up in 1997 and has a long established reputation based on quality service, as well as a wide range of expertise. Prior to this Jonathan was an Associate Partner at a well know firm of costs draftsmen in London. His 25 years of experience in costs began at Clyde & Co in 1984 before he moved on to the Norton Rose Group in 1990. Jonathan is competent in all aspects of costs in the County Court, Supreme Court and Arbitration.
