Our Approach
Ask any Harker & Co draftsman what characterises the firm, and they will answer, "dedication". Many of the cases in which we have been involved have been reported and in turn we ensure we are informed of other fresh case law. Similarly, we are proactive in keeping up to date with changes in rules and legislation. We are one of the few firms to have contributed input to Supreme Court Costs Office pilot schemes and the first to be retained to advise in connection with the costs revolution taking place in the overseas UK territory of Gibraltar.

Problem solving
